Registration Fees are charged in Turkish Lira based on the selected category. Registration Fees exclude %20 VAT. Payment of registration fees can be made by credit card or bank transfer.

Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference, are requested to contact the registration secretariat at apex@epias.com.tr Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the program.

Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the Registration Secretariat via by e-mail to apex@epias.com.tr
Cancellations received before or on August 15, 2023 – full refund less $100 administration fee.
Cancellations received on or after August 16, 2023 – no refund, name change will be available.
Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of the conference, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
